Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for spam, phishing, malware, harassment, fraud, unlawful content, or attempts to evade abuse controls.
• Do not impersonate another person, organization, or domain owner.
• Keep your password private and notify the administrator if you believe your account is compromised.

Mailbox availability

This is an evolving beta. Delivery, storage, account availability, and features may change. We may suspend accounts that threaten the service or violate these terms.

Content responsibility

You are responsible for the messages you receive, store, and share. Penguin Mail does not guarantee that every message is safe, authentic, or available forever.
