Penguin Mail is operated by Archie Tech Nexus. This policy explains the information needed to provide a permanent mailbox service.

What we store

• Your chosen email address, display name, password hash, sessions, and account timestamps.
• Messages and attachments delivered to your Penguin Mail address until you delete them.
• Security and delivery events needed to operate the service and prevent abuse.

How we use it

We use account data to authenticate you, route email to your mailbox, show messages, enforce quotas, and protect the service. We do not sell mailbox contents.

Your choices

You can delete messages from your account. Account deletion and export are handled by the administrator while this beta is being completed. Do not use Penguin Mail for sensitive or regulated information during the beta.

Third parties

Cloudflare Turnstile processes human-verification tokens. Email senders and recipients may process messages independently under their own policies.
